What the next generation of dentists are doing…

This past weekend we had the privilege of sponsoring headshots at the American Student Dental Association(ASDA) District 4 Meeting.

After connecting with over 200 students a few themes that stood out about the next generation of dentists:

Always thinking ahead: Whether its owning a practice, additional school or associating, students are eager to learn about the different paths ahead and what they entail.

Engaged at every stage of education: While most of our conversations were with current dental students, we saw the largest number of pre-dental students we’ve had in years. Showing how early future dentists are investing in their careers.

Committed to growth year after year: It’s inspiring to see familiar faces and students who continue to show up year after year to better themselves.

We were also excited to share real associate opportunities on behalf of our clients, connecting motivated students with practices planning for growth. This kind of matchmaking is just one of the many benefits of being part of the E2E community.
