Today, Andrés is a judging high schoolers at the DECA (formerly known as the Distributive Education Clubs of America) International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Atlanta, GA. Andrés is judging young women and men from as far as North Dakota and Oregon on their critical, creative thinking, and decision making in business situations.
