Building Your Team: The Value of Having the Right Experts in Your Corner

Oct 22, 2026 | Blog

Building a successful dental practice starts with surrounding yourself with the right people. While your team inside the practice is essential to your daily operations, the experts you work with outside the practice are just as valueable to your long-term success.

Take a moment to think about the professionals you rely on outside your practice. Do you have trusted experts to turn to for financial planning, practice management, technology, insurance, and other important business decisions?

From financial advisors and practice consultants to technology providers and other experts, having access to professionals who specialize in dentistry can make a significant difference.

One way we continue to strengthen those relationships is through being an accepted member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants (ADMC), an organization that brings together professionals who demonstrate expertise in the dental industry.

Andrés recently attended the ADMC Annual Conference, where he connected with dental consultants, vendors, and industry leaders to exchange ideas, learn about new opportunities, and strengthen relationships that benefit our clients.

These relationships provide real value when our clients need support. For example, one of our clients was experiencing technology issues and having difficulty reaching someone who could help. Through our industry connections, we reached out directly to a key contact and had the issue resolved in less than 10 minutes.

It’s a great example of how our network allows us to provide timely solutions and an additional level of support beyond traditional financial planning.

We believe the value of a financial advisor goes beyond managing investments and developing financial plans. It’s about providing guidance, implementing strategies, and connecting our clients with the right resources to help them achieve their goals.

Another way we do this is through our Dental Insights webinar series. The topics we cover come directly from questions and challenges discussed during our client coaching calls. We then leverage our relationships through ADMC and other industry connections to bring in knowledgeable experts who can provide practical guidance.

What might take hours of independent research can often be addressed through a quick conversation with someone who already understands the dental industry.

Our dental expertise, industry relationships, and commitment to staying connected allow us to deliver a level of service that extends beyond traditional financial planning.

Your time is valuable. Let our team and network of dental-specific professionals help you make the most of it. Have a question or need a connection? Schedule a complimentary consultation to learn how E2E Financial can support your practice and financial future.
