Today, September 11th, 2017, is quite a day. We, the United States, remember the terrorist attack on 9/11/01, where we lost 2,978 people. We are recovering from the hurricane damage of Harvey, dealing with the current hurricane Irma and the possibility of more hurricanes that are coming. All of this has tested and is testing our resilience, patience and unity as individuals and as a country.

What has happened? We are the USA! We have persevered. We are among the most charitable countries in the world. When the going gets tough…we get going! We are raising money to support the hurricane victims. We are using our personal boats to rescue our neighbors. I, a first-generation American, am very proud of this country and the people that we are! Continue on USA!
