Olivia Welch is the cheerful voice that greets you when you call E2E Financial. Olivia has been with the practice since April 2017 and serves as Client Care Advocate. A former kindergarten teacher, she is friendly and patient and loves helping clients receive the best experience possible. Besides serving as the liaison between clients and financial coach Andrés Romero, Oliva handles paperwork, answers client questions and manages the day-to-day office operations and the internal team meetings. Fairly technically savvy, she also assists with IT tasks and regularly helps clients with set up on the Zoom platform for monthly client coaching calls. Olivia excels in fostering great relationships with E2E clients and keeps them well informed and organized.

Even as a young professional, Olivia already has a wealth of experience in leadership and service. She is a lifetime member of the Girl Scouts of America in which she was an active scout for 13 years, pursuing over 300+ hours of community service while earning her Bronze, Silver and Gold awards. A bright student, Olivia began college at 16. She graduated as salutatorian of her high school class in 2013, the same year she earned an Associate of Science in psychology from Georgia Perimeter College. She went on to earn a Bachelor of Arts in speech, with a minor in Spanish from Georgia State University in 2016. During college, she had the opportunity to study abroad in Mexico City, Mexico, Granada and Cordoba, Spain and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Olivia recently moved to Winder, Georgia and works from the E2E Atlanta office two days a week and from her home office the rest of the week. When she’s not working, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, scuba diving, cooking family recipes and adding destinations to her growing list of 13+ countries she has visited.
